Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address, and we'll send a password reset link. For security, the link expires after 30 minutes. If you have 2FA enabled, you'll need to verify with your authenticator app.

Withdrawals go through multiple security checks including 2FA verification, whitelist validation, and risk assessment. Most withdrawals complete within 30 minutes. If it's been longer, check your email for any verification requests. Large withdrawals may require additional manual review.

Most KYC verifications are processed automatically within 5-10 minutes. In some cases, manual review may be required, which can take up to 24 hours. Ensure your documents are clear, not expired, and match your account information to avoid delays.

Crypto deposits require network confirmations before crediting. Bitcoin requires 3 confirmations (~30 min), Ethereum requires 12 (~3 min), and other networks vary. Check your transaction hash on a blockchain explorer to track progress. If confirmed but not credited, contact support.

Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy), scan the QR code, and enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Save your backup codes in a secure location — you'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator.

Trading limits depend on your verification level. Basic (email verified): $2,000/day. Intermediate (ID verified): $50,000/day. Advanced (full KYC): $500,000/day. VIP: Custom limits. Upgrade your verification level in Settings > Verification to increase limits.

For urgent issues, use our Live Chat feature (available 24/7) for the fastest response. For account compromise or unauthorized access, use the "Emergency Freeze" button in your security settings to immediately lock your account, then contact support.

Open limit orders can be cancelled anytime from the Trading page under "Open Orders." Market orders execute instantly and cannot be cancelled. P2P trades can be cancelled before payment is marked as sent. After payment confirmation, cancellation requires dispute resolution.
